Location Frequency: Only when you allow the App to access location while using it
You Control It: You can disable location services in iOS Settings

Posts: Incident reports, event posts, marketplace listings, polls, and neighbourhood watch updates

Your name and profile photo are visible to verified community members

Within the App:

Content visible to verified community members remains visible within the App as intended
Neighborhood-watch and other community safety content may be shown to approved users according to app permissions

Service Providers:

Firebase (Google): Cloud hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics
Apple: Push notifications (APNs)
PayStack: Payment processing for eligible purchases and subscriptions
OpenWeatherMap: Weather data (location coordinates only), if used

We do NOT:

Sell your personal information to third parties
Share your data with advertisers
Use your data for marketing outside the app

Payments

Payments for eligible purchases or subscriptions are processed through PayStack. We may share necessary transaction information with PayStack to complete payment processing, prevent fraud, and support billing-related inquiries. We do not directly store full card details on our servers.

Diagnostics and Analytics

We use analytics and crash reporting to understand how the App is used, improve reliability, diagnose issues, and develop new features. This may include feature usage data, performance information, and error reports.

Children's Privacy

NeighborHub is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Security

We implement security measures to protect your information:
